At Flots, we want you to find the perfect tool for your needs. If our application does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making the refund process simple and transparent.

1. One-Year Free Trial

All our paid plans include a one-year free trial. You can use Flots freely during this period and cancel at any time without being charged.

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European legislation, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days following the date of your first payment. During this period, you may request the cancellation of your subscription and a full refund.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

If you subscribed on our website, billing is handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Every subscription confirmation email sent by Paddle includes a link that lets you cancel your subscription at any time, without needing to contact us.

4. Refund Processing

To request a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, write to us via the contact form on the site, specifying the email address associated with your Flots account and your order or invoice number.

  • Once validated, the refund is initiated by Paddle to the original payment method.
  • Funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Access to Premium features ends at the time of the refund.

6. Consumer Mediator

In accordance with French consumer law (articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Code de la consommation), if your dispute could not be resolved directly with our customer service, French consumers have the right to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.

Flots has designated CM2C — Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice as its consumer mediator. It can be reached:
